Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day on a 1–3 business day delivery service.
Orders under £250 ex VAT will be charged a flat rate of £10 ex VAT for delivery.
Orders over £250 ex VAT will be delivered free of charge.
We do not offer weekend deliveries due to courier restrictions.
At Waterproof & Dry we work with trusted delivery partners who can handle large bulky rolls and products with hazardous classifications. We pay a premium for this service to ensure our products arrive in good condition and are handled legally and safely.
Delivery to remote areas may take 2–6 days. For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland, 1–3 day delivery options are not available and delivery can take several days. Please note that we deliver only to mainland Britain and the Isle of Wight – we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or other offshore islands.
If any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you to agree what’s best for you – in most cases, we’ll send the available items immediately with the balance to follow.
Orders are dispatched on a 1–3 day delivery service and most deliveries will arrive within this period between 8am and 6pm.
Please note that this is not a ‘guaranteed’ service. Waterproof & Dry and its couriers cannot accept liability for deliveries that arrive beyond this period or for any costs this may incur.
All orders require a signature unless stated when ordering either in the comments section online or over the phone. Where instructions for items to be left upon delivery have been given, Waterproof & Dry and its couriers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.
All the goods we sell are of high quality and fit for purpose. If you’re not 100% happy with a product, you can return it within 21 days of delivery provided it’s in its original condition and packaging. We’ll refund the product cost but not the original delivery charge.
This refund is subject to you taking care of the goods before returning them at your expense (unless the goods are faulty) in a condition where they can be resold. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

When returning a product, please enclose a covering letter with your name, full address, order number and reason for the return. We recommend using Insured Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of your return being received.
Your order can be delivered to most UK mainland addresses, either the invoice or site address. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, BFPO, Channel Islands or other offshore islands (except the Isle of Wight).
If you, or the intended recipient, are not available, each time an attempt is made our carrier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.
In the unfortunate situation that part or all of your order is damaged, please sign “damaged” with the courier, then contact us on 0203 947 2972 with your order number ready and we’ll be happy to sort this for you.
