Delivery & Returns


Orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday will be despatched on the same day via our couriers on a 1-3 day (business day) delivery service.

Orders under £250 ex VAT will be charged a flat rate of £10 ex VAT for delivery.

Orders over £250 ex VAT will be delivered free of charge.

Delivery to remote areas may take 2-6 days.

We do not offer weekend deliveries due to courier restrictions.

Delivery Information

Preferred Partners

At Waterproof & Dry we use Tuffnells, TNT and Palletways as our preferred couriers as they are able to handle large bulky rolls and products with hazardous classifications. We pay a premium for this service to ensure our products arrive in good condition and are handled legally and safely.

Remote Areas

For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, 1-3 day delivery options are not available and delivery can take several days.

Stock Availability

We endeavour to fulfil all orders and despatch any order placed before 1pm however if a product on your order is not in stock we will contact you, if you are unavailable we will automatically hold the whole order until the items are in stock and the order can be sent in full.

Delivery Liability

Orders are despatched on a 1-3 Day delivery service and 99% of deliveries will arrive within 1-3 days between 8am and 6pm.

Please note that this is not a 'guaranteed' service, Waterproof & Dry and its courier cannot accept any liability for deliveries which arrive beyond this period or any costs which this may incur.

All orders require a signature unless stated when ordering either in the comments section online or over the phone. Where instruction for items to be left upon delivery have been given, Waterproof & Dry and its courier cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage.


All of the goods we sell are sold as ‘fit for purpose’ and are of high quality. If you are not 100% happy with our products please return the existing product in its original condition and packaging within 21 days of delivery and we will refund the product cost. The cost of delivery will not be refunded on any order.

Damaged or "opened" products will not be refunded. Special offers and "kits" are only returnable in full not in part. This refund is however subject to you taking care of the goods before returning them at your expense (unless the goods are faulty) in a condition where they can be resold. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We will not accept return of and provide a credit for:

* Sealed products which have been opened or damaged
* Goods made to the customer's personal specifications

When returning a product it is important that you enclose a covering letter with the returned goods detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for the return. We would recommend that you use Insured Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of your return being received.

Delivery FAQ's

Where can my order be delivered?

Your order can be delivered to most UK addresses, either the invoice or site address. We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland, BFPO, Channel islands and offshore islands.

What happens if I’m not in when you deliver?

If you, or the intended recipient, are not available, each time an attempt is made, our parcel carrier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

What if my parcel is damaged?

In the unfortunate situation that part or all of your order is damaged, please sign damaged with the courrier then contact us  on 0203 947 2972 with your order number ready and we’ll be happy to sort this for you.
