Delta High Level Alarm

Delta HLA is a high water level alarm which detects and alerts the home owner to high water levels in either a ground water or foul basement sump systems. The Delta High Level Alarm features a clear LED function display on the front of the high level alarm which indicates the following to the user:

• a high water level in the chamber/sump
• a high water level is recorded
• power failure to the Delta HLA
• a service due

The Delta High Level Alarm features a built in battery backup which protects the unit from power failure in the event of a mains power outage, offering reasurence to the homeowner.

The Delta High Level Alarm offers simple installation, requiring three volt free contacts for connection to external systems.

Ground Water High Level Alarm

The Delta HLA (GW) is designed to activate via the Mini float switch, which is located inside the chamber/sump. When installed the Delta HLA is set to activate when water levels are higher than the activation point of the primary pump, as water levels rise, the float switch lifts until it reaches a point of contact is made inside. This contact signals to the panel that water levels are high and the panel goes into alarm. As soon as the levels drop the switch falls, resetting the alarm.

Foul Water High Level Alarm

The Delta HLA (Foul) is designed to activate via the Sump float switch, which is located inside the chamber/sump. When installed the Delta HLA is set to activate when water levels are higher than the activation point of the primary pump, as water levels rise, the float switch lifts until a point of contact is reached. This contact signals to the panel that water levels are high and the panel goes into alarm. As soon as the levels drop the switch falls, resetting the alarm.

For areas where the Delta HLA may not be seen or heard we recommend using the Delta HLA Plus.

Delta HLA Volt Free Contacts

The Delta High Level Alarm features three volt-free contacts for connection to external remote telemetry or a building management systems. They can be set to Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) depending on external system requirements.
