DualProof External Pre-Applied Membrane

The Delta DuralProof membrane is designed to prevent water seeping through between the waterproofing membrane and concrete substrate. It is applied to the oversite concrete layer and up the slab shuttering, before the reinforcement bar and poured concrete. 

DualProof creates a permanently-bonded membrane, laminated with a non-woven polypropylene (PP), a lightweight and breathable material that’s particularly water absorbent. It features PP FiberTex Technology, which bonds the membrane to the concrete - the fleece effectively merges with the concrete when poured. 

It can be installed both horizontally and vertically, and be applied in new build below-ground structures that require a waterproofing system. 

Available in a 1.08m x 20m roll.

Installing Delta DualProof Membrane

The Delta DualProof membrane can be installed both horizontally and vertically, with no heat or welding equipment. DualProof should be applied before the steel reinforcement is fixed and the concrete poured.

To install the membrane, run it up the shuttering and seal with Delta Double Sided Tape, using Delta CEM 805 adhesive for detailing around corners.
