Injection Cream 80

Injection Cream 80 is an aqueous, solvent-free injection cream with an active ingredient content of 80%. Injection Cream 80 is used as an injection agent to cure rising damp in masonry. Injection Cream 80 is designed for low pressure injection into boreholes positioned in the mortar joint.

Due to Injection Cream 80's high strength it can be used to cure rising damp in masonry with high levels of moisture content (moisture saturation levels up to 95%).

Injection Cream 80 Installation:

1. Drill boreholes in the mortar joint, usually 150 mm above ground level or at floor level if the internal surface is concrete.
2. Remove all drill dust from the boreholes before injecting.
3. Fill the applicator container with Injection Cream 80 and insert the injection tube (matching the borehole diameter) as far as possible into the hole.
4. Slowly inject the cream while withdrawing the tube, ensuring the borehole is evenly filled.
5. Maintain a borehole spacing of 120 mm with a diameter of 12 mm. Depth should be the thickness of the masonry minus approx. 20 mm.
6. Fill each borehole to within 20 mm of the outer surface.
7. Once injection is complete, seal the ends of the boreholes with a DPC Plug or mortar to prevent evaporation of the active ingredient.
